Fiorentina Pastry Boutique. This collection features an impressive array of 16 creative desserts that harness the natural flavors of seasonal fruits such as Shine Muscat grapes, peaches, mangoes, and melons.
Refreshing Glass Desserts and Decadent Cakes
Among the star offerings are the eye-catching glass desserts known as
Verrine, which combine these seasonal fruits with luscious jellies and mousses. Notable items include the refreshing
Creme Anglaise Peach Soup, featuring smooth peach soup paired with a delectable creme anglaise, and the tropical-flavored
Mango Pudding a la Mode. This summer will also see bright, vibrant creations like the
Exotic Tiramisu, showcasing the rich flavors of tropical fruits and lychee liqueur, and delightful textures in the
Rose Watermelon Jelly with Lychee Raspberry Mousse.
In addition to glass desserts, the Grand Hyatt presents its
Grand Premium Shortcake Series, where carefully selected ingredients like Tahitian vanilla beans and Jersey milk cream are combined to create three exquisite flavors: mango, peach, and mixed berries.
