Enjoy the Fresh Melon Dessert Collection at Royal Host
Get ready for a delightful treat as Royal Host unveils its enticing Limited Edition Fresh Melon Dessert collection, set to launch on
May 14, 2025. Comprising six delectable desserts crafted from ripe, locally sourced melons, this seasonal menu promises a luxurious taste of summer.
Among the highlights is the
Melon & Coconut Brûlée Parfait, which features a crispy topping of roasted almond slices on caramelized crème brûlée. Combining melon, coconut ice cream, and refreshing melon jelly, it is visually stunning and altogether delicious. For yogurt lovers, the
Melon Yogurt Germany brings a new twist to an old favorite, enhanced with a separate ginger syrup to elevate the taste. Not to be missed is the
Fresh Melon Bowl with Ginger Syrup, using a whole half melon, paired with melon ice and jelly to create a refreshing experience.
The collection also includes the nostalgic
Melon Pudding à la Mode Parfait—an exquisite combination of soft pudding, whipped cream, and vibrant melon jelly—alongside a unique
Melon Jelly Cream Soda that incorporates mint for a refreshingly creative drink. These offerings are perfectly suited for the early summer season, allowing diners to indulge in every drop of juicy sweetness and the bite of the ginger syrup.
Artistic Coasters Meet Culinary Delights
In addition to the desserts themselves, each seasonal dessert will be served with beautifully designed coasters featuring the artwork of local artist
Kanta Wajima from Kanazawa Art Studio. The coaster theme, “A Small Museum on Your Plate,” exhibits vibrant hydrangeas, showcasing the marriage of culinary art and visual delight. Please note that coaster designs may change periodically.
Royal Host is committed to creating an environment that allows everyone to enjoy seasonal delights, while fostering a sense of culinary exploration and appreciation for the arts. The restaurant continues to aim for a menu that resonates with the spirit of the season and embraces diversity and inclusivity.
