Indulge in Heavenly Sweets
The chocolate dessert course begins with a unique hot chocolate made from Japanese sake by Aramasa Brewery, setting the tone for an enchanting experience. Guests will be treated to a carefully curated menu, which includes delightful items such as bonbon chocolates and a vibrant strawberry chocolate cake plate. The highlight is the main attraction, a visually stunning chocolate parfait featuring the aromatic "Joho" strawberries from Kagawa Prefecture. Additionally, a special pizza created in collaboration with the renowned Italian restaurant Don Bravo will also be available.

- - Single Origin Bonbon Chocolates: Four exquisite selections showcasing the unique characteristics of cacao from over 30 countries. Each chocolate is crafted using original recipes that highlight their fruitiness, herbal notes, and complex flavors without the use of additional ingredients.
- - Lavish Strawberry Parfait: Featuring the rare "Joho" strawberries, which account for only 1% of domestic strawberry production in Japan. This parfait is crafted with a strawberry sorbet at its core, accompanied by mascarpone and yogurt ice cream, along with rich chocolate ice made from Ghanaian cacao. Each layer is a delightful combination of flavors, accentuated with cinnamon cookies and berries.
