The Adecco Group Announces Global Launch of Salesforce's Agentforce Coworker Across 40 Countries

The Adecco Group Unveils Salesforce's Agentforce Coworker

On September 16, 2026, the Adecco Group announced the worldwide launch of its new platform, Salesforce Agentforce Coworker, in over 40 countries. This innovative step comes after a successful pilot program conducted in the UK and France, indicating a promising future for its AI-driven capabilities.

The Agentforce Coworker is described as an AI assistant designed specifically for business environments and is seamlessly integrated into Salesforce's existing platform. It leverages Claude's advanced technology from Anthropic, bringing forth an efficient way to support various business workflows, particularly in sales, recruitment, and client-candidate interactions.

In a keynote address during the renowned Dreamforce conference, Denis Machuel, CEO of Adecco Group, shared the stage with notable industry leaders including Marc Benioff of Salesforce and executives from Anthropic, NVIDIA, and Siemens. The discussion centered around human-centered AI and its implications for the work landscape.

Adecco Group has established a long-term partnership with Salesforce through an extensive Agentforce 360 corporate agreement, enabling the scaling of agent-based AI across its global operations. Currently, agent-based AI solutions are implemented in recruitment processes across ten countries, which account for 50% of Adecco's revenue.

This new rollout extends the infrastructure for agent-based AI to encompass the daily operations of 27,000 employees. The Coworker platform aims to provide these employees with centralized access to valuable data, systems, and company knowledge that is otherwise dispersed across numerous tools. The integration will rely on contextual information derived from over 2.5 million interactions between consultants and candidates since April 2025.

The capabilities of Coworker are significant; sales personnel and recruiters will be able to identify leads, create sales briefings, enrich data on prospects, and monitor lead status across teams. Recruiters will also benefit from enhanced candidate selection processes and streamlined pre-screening, recruitment, and onboarding workflows.

"We are witnessing the most substantial reshaping of the workplace since the advent of the internet; we must equip our employees with technology and new working methods," stated Machuel. He emphasized that the introduction of Coworker will enhance access to a unified interface, which provides critical candidate histories and client contexts precisely at the moments when human judgment is paramount.

The pilot project showcased remarkable acceptance within just a few days, relieving sales teams and recruiters to concentrate on what humans do best—engaging deeply with candidates and clients, thereby fostering stronger relationships.
