In a significant move to enhance its technological capabilities, Omega Healthcare announced the promotion of Vijayashree Natarajan to the position of Chief Technology Officer (CTO). In her new capacity, Natarajan will steer the company’s technology and product strategy with a keen emphasis on artificial intelligence (AI), aimed at accelerating innovation and providing transformative value to healthcare clients across the United States.
Natarajan, who has more than 25 years of extensive experience in various sectors, including healthcare, life sciences, banking, financial services, and insurance, has been a vital part of Omega Healthcare’s journey. Since joining in 2003, she has led numerous technology initiatives that were pivotal in driving the company's digital transformation, thereby fortifying its position to offer innovative and future-ready solutions.
