Chef Kishii Yoshito is eager to share the comforting tastes of traditional Western fare that have been cherished across generations. This nostalgic fair allows guests to indulge in a selection of classic dishes, with a distinct menu that rotates every ten days to showcase various timeless flavors.

Menu Highlights

During the event, patrons can select from two different main courses at different intervals:

• - June 1-10:

- Pork shoulder and onion ginger pork
- Head-on shrimp fry and crab cream croquette

• - June 11-20:

- Pork cutlet with mushroom-rich demi-glace sauce
- Today’s fish piccata with tomato sauce

• - June 21-30:

- Cheese-topped hamburger with mushroom sauce
- Sole meunière with Japanese-style butter sauce

Each main dish is served with a homemade potato salad, crafted with the chef's unique touch, ensuring every bite is both flavorful and satisfying. Additionally, a separate item on the menu, the hearty "Omelette Rice with Shrimp and Chicken in Tomato Demi-Glace Sauce," is available throughout the month, offering a delightful and fulfilling option to diners.
