His previous experience includes a notable tenure at Coast Asset Management, where he served as both CFO and COO, honing his skills in finance, accounting, and operational management.
Before his successful stint at Coast Asset Management, Tran made significant contributions while consulting for
American Honda Finance and served as Controller at
HSBC Securities Canada. Additionally, he strengthened his expertise as an Audit Manager at
Deloitte, giving him a unique perspective in financial oversight and risk management practices. Tran is a California-licensed Certified Public Accountant and holds an MBA from the
University of Toronto.

Dyer is an alumnus of the
University of Wisconsin, where he earned an MBA focused on Real Estate and Urban Land Economics, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the
University of Texas at Austin. He will report directly to
Zach Murphy, the Chief Investment Officer at Pender.
