Monstarlab Group's Innovative Initiative for Ukraine

In an exciting development, Monstarlab, known for its commitment to technological innovation, has announced that its group company People Cloud has been selected by the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) to participate in a project that aims to revitalize Ukraine's green industry from 2024 to 2028. This initiative represents a significant collaborative effort to foster industrial revival through technology transfer and innovative partnerships between Japan and Ukraine.

Overview of the Initiative

The project, part of UNIDO's Green Industrial Revitalization Program, is funded by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry of Japan. The primary goal is to facilitate technology transfer, human resource development, and collaborative business creation between the private sectors of Ukraine and Japan. By leveraging their expertise and resources, the project aims to build an innovation ecosystem that supports industrial recovery in Ukraine.

Partnerships and Objectives

People Cloud is collaborating with several innovative companies in a consortium. These include SAMI Japan, Monstarlab Omnibus, BionicM, and MUSVI, along with local partners such as Beetroot Academy in Sweden. Together, they will carry out a one-year feasibility study focused on three main pillars:

1. Providing Robotic Prosthetics: BionicM's cutting-edge powered prosthetic "Bio Leg®" will be introduced in Ukraine. This initiative will involve partnerships with local prosthetists to ensure proper fitting and utilization, greatly enhancing mobility and improving quality of life for users.

2. Training Prosthetists with Telepresence Technology: Using MUSVI's innovative telepresence system, named "Mado," a bidirectional training program will connect Ukrainian prosthetists with experts remotely. This approach ensures safe and effective knowledge transfer, addressing the shortage of skilled professionals in the region.

3. Developing Local Business and IT Talent: In collaboration with Beetroot Academy Ukraine, the project aims to identify and develop future business and IT professionals. Additionally, it offers Japanese language education to bridge cultural and communication gaps, paving the way for new business opportunities between Japan and Ukraine.
