A New Era of Aesthetic Medicine Collaboration
On November 28, 2025, Seishin Medical Clinic, known for its commitment to providing high-quality aesthetic medical services under the slogan "Serious About Aesthetic Medicine," signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Maylin Clinic, a leader in anti-aging and dermatological treatments based in Seoul, South Korea. This partnership aims for international cooperation and mutual development in the field of aesthetic medicine.
The primary objective of this collaboration is to improve the standards, safety, and brand value of aesthetic medical practices in both Japan and South Korea, paving the way for a formal sister clinic agreement by 2026. Key figures from both clinics, including Dr. Tatsuya Kamakura, Chief Director at Seishin, and Dr. Hyung-Moon Kim, Chief Doctor at Maylin, actively participated in the signing ceremony.
Focus Areas of Cooperation
The MOU encompasses several crucial areas for collaboration:
- - Exchange of Medical Technologies and Knowledge: Both clinics will share their expertise to further enhance their services.
- - Staff Exchange Programs: Medical staff, including nurses and administrative teams, will have opportunities for exchange to gain diverse experiences.
- - Academic Collaboration: Joint presentations and research initiatives will be conducted at both countries' academic conferences, fostering a spirit of cooperation in medical knowledge advancement.
The initial phase of collaboration begins with Dr. Kamakura visiting South Korea in late 2025 to initiate exchanges.
