Café Valoris New Menu Launch

Starting January 6, 2026, the Yokumoku Museum in Minato, Tokyo, will enhance its on-site Café Valoris with a delicious new menu that promises to warm up visitors during the winter season. Since its inception in 2020, the café has engaged guests not only with sweet treats and beverages but also with unique offerings such as "art for café" that blend culinary and artistic experiences.

Seasonal Soup Selections

This winter, guests can look forward to two exciting soup additions:

1. Lobster Bisque

• - Price: ¥1,000 (tax included)

This luxurious soup features a rich lobster flavor, enhanced by the sweetness of carefully roasted aromatic vegetables and a refreshing hint of tomato. It is designed to be a comforting treat during colder months.

2. Mushroom Potage

• - Price: ¥900 (tax included)

A creamy delight, this potage is made with fresh mushrooms and the sweetness of onions. The rich aroma of sautéed mushrooms combined with a touch of porcini makes it a warm choice for any lunch.

For just an additional ¥500, guests can enjoy a mini dessert along with their chosen soup, making it a perfect winter meal.

Valentine's Day Special

In anticipation of Valentine’s Day, guests are invited to indulge in a special drink:

• - Fréje Mocha Blanc - Price: ¥1,100 (tax included)

This limited-edition drink captures the essence of strawberry shortcake, combining the sweet-tart flavors of strawberries with coffee and white chocolate for a refreshing finish.

• - Smoked Salmon and Cream Cheese Clubhouse Sandwich

• - Ooyama Chicken and Bacon Clubhouse Sandwich

Guests can enjoy special sandwich sets that include a beverage for just ¥1,800, or opt for the Valoris Set, which offers a half-sized sandwich, a dessert, and a drink for ¥2,000.

For something hearty, the restaurant presents:

• - Baked Seafood and Lobster Lasagna

- Price: ¥1,300 (tax included)
Crafted with wholesome barley risotto and oat milk, this dish brings together vegetables, seafood, and pesto in a blend of flavors that is both gentle and hearty.

A sushi set is also available for those looking to pair their lasagna with a drink for just ¥2,000.

Unique Experiences at the Café

Café Valoris adds an interactive twist with its "art for café" offerings:

• - "Ochoko de Chocotto Hanajikan" (Experience Ikebana)

This unique experience invites guests to enjoy the traditional art of Japanese flower arrangement while sipping on delicious beverages, available only until February 28, 2026.

Moreover, visitors can try the wonderfully artistic "art for latte" which comes with a Petit Cigale for ¥1,200 (tax included).
