These agents will streamline initial responses and decision-making by clearly presenting critical points and anomalies, supporting stability in quality, delivery timelines, and costs.

4. Human Resources and Payroll


With 20 planned agents aimed at HR and payroll functionalities, SCSK intends to ease the workload centered around attendance, benefits, and social insurance verifications, which tend to peak during specific periods. This agent set will enhance quality control over payroll processes and inquiries while visualizing skills and indications of turnover, transforming HR from a reactive to a proactive contributor to business strategy.
