Dar Global Reports Remarkable 66% Revenue Growth in First Half of 2026 Alongside Portfolio GDV Reaching $23 Billion

Dar Global Achieves Impressive Revenue Growth

In a significant announcement that reflects both its market strength and the continuing demand for luxury developments, Dar Global, a prominent London-listed international real estate developer, has reported a remarkable 66% increase in revenue for the first half of 2026. This impressive growth comes as the company's gross development value (GDV) reached an astonishing $23 billion.

Throughout the first six months of 2026, ending June 30, the company recorded revenues amounting to $258 million, a significant rise from $155.4 million during the same period in 2025. This surge in revenue is attributed to the successful realization of sales from several key projects, including The Astera, Interiors by Aston Martin, and Neptune, Interiors by Mouawad. The luxury real estate market remains robust, particularly in the Gulf states, Europe, and the UK, contributing to Dar Global's outstanding performance.

The firm's gross profit also saw an impressive boost of 85%, reaching $87.7 million, which enhanced its profit margin to 34%, up from 31% in the previous year. In parallel, EBITDA soared by 73% to $46.3 million, and the net profit nearly doubled, skyrocketing by 149% to $30.4 million, compared to $12.2 million in the first half of 2025. This financial success underscores the efficacy of ambitious project launches and the strategic management of resources within the company.

Notably, the company’s GDV nearly doubled year-on-year, marking a substantial upturn in overall project value. The cumulative contracted sales reached $3.9 billion for a total of 4,380 units, depicting a healthy pipeline of future deliveries. The company also reported a solid balance sheet with net assets valued at $613.3 million and liquid assets totaling $847.9 million. This includes $231.6 million in free cash flow, enabling a total liquidity position of $579.3 million.

In January 2026, Dar Global officially marked its entry into a groundbreaking partnership with the Trump Organization, launching the Rayana project. This ambitious development, which spans 2.6 million square meters in Diriyah, features luxury villas and a championship golf course. Alongside this project, the company awarded a significant infrastructure contract worth 338 million SAR (approximately $90 million) to Compass and Bin Omairah Company.

Additionally, the organization has introduced the Trump Plaza Jeddah, valued at $383.6 million, alongside the Padel Living Residences, adding another $142 million in overall project costs, as part of the ongoing Amaya-masterplan. In April, the company also secured a $250 million syndicated loan, signaling its strong financial position and commitment to growth.

Reflecting on these achievements, Ziad El Chaar, the Chairman, stated, “Our stable performance in these uncertain times highlights the quality of our international portfolio. Buyer demand has remained strong across our markets. Looking ahead, we will continue to focus on increasing our GDV both in existing and new growth markets, while maintaining disciplined execution and delivery of our projects.”

With a solid balance sheet, prudent capital management, and a rich project pipeline, Dar Global is well-positioned for continued long-term value creation for its stakeholders, standing as a beacon of resilience and innovation in the luxury real estate landscape.
