Kimberly-Clark Names Stacey Valy Panayiotou as Chief Human Resources Officer

During her tenure at Ball, she launched the corporation's first enterprise-wide learning university aimed at enhancing talent capabilities on a global scale, demonstrating her commitment to employee development.

A Rich Background in HR

Before her role at Ball Corporation, Panayiotou served in several senior HR leadership positions globally. She was the Executive Vice President and CHRO at Graphic Packaging International, and for a significant portion of her career, she worked at Coca-Cola Company. During her thirteen years at Coca-Cola, she held various roles, including Global Vice President and Head of Talent and Development, and Vice President of Human Resources for the Europe, Middle East, and Africa regions.

Panayiotou holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Iowa and two master’s degrees from Loyola University Chicago in the field of Industrial Relations and Human Resources. Her educational background, combined with her extensive professional experience, positions her well to lead Kimberly-Clark's HR initiatives into the future.
