Global Startups Present Collaborative Results at Hokkaido F Village X

Hokkaido, Japan, witnessed a significant milestone in its innovation landscape with the conclusion of the first year of Hokkaido F Village X (HFX). This ambitious global business acceleration program, orchestrated by Scrum Ventures and Scrum Studio, was celebrated at a Demo Day event held on February 26, 2026. Here, participating startups, along with their corporate and municipal partners, unveiled the fruits of their collaborations.

The primary mission of HFX is to interconnect global startups with Japanese corporations, local municipalities, and academic institutions in order to collectively forge solutions that address regional challenges while amplifying Hokkaido's appeal. The program is anchored at the Hokkaido Ballpark F Village, an innovative urban development initiative situated in Kitahiroshima City, Hokkaido, which includes a stadium that serves as the project's focal point.

At the Demo Day, representatives from notable partners such as Yamato Holdings Co., Ltd., Tokyu Land Corp., Fighters Sports & Entertainment, and Hokkaido University, along with various local companies, showcased the outcomes of their engagements throughout the year. The President of Scrum Studio, Masami Takahashi, emphasized the program's goal of fostering real, practical collaborations rather than temporary pilot projects.
