From August 2026, the Chatterbox Café Marunouchi, operated by IMM Food Service Co., Ltd. – which is headquartered in Kanazawa, Ishikawa – will start offering an exciting new course that features a delightful selection of eight iconic dishes. This course is designed for those looking to indulge in the rich flavors of Singapore's culinary heritage.

Chatterbox, which originated in 1971 at a prestigious hotel in Singapore, elevates local street food to new heights. Among the dishes offered are the beloved Hainanese Chicken Rice, Bak Kut Teh (pork rib soup), and Lobster Laksa. Guests can enjoy this comprehensive dining experience that highlights the diverse Singaporean cuisine all in one session.

The journey begins with the refreshing Marinated Tomatoes, a celebration of fresh ingredients that whets the appetite for what’s to come. Next is the Singaporean Satay, a street food favorite featuring marinated chicken grilled to perfection and served with a spicy peanut sauce. The rich flavors and enticing aromas promise to offer an inviting start to your meal.

Following the Satay is the Snow Crab & Shrimp You Tiao, a scrumptious dish featuring a crispy Chinese fried dough filled with crab and shrimp paste, complemented by a subtle lemon mayonnaise sauce that enhances the seafood's natural sweetness.
