Experience the Thrill of Nature at the Kitsune Camp in Hakuba Village

Get ready for an adventure of a lifetime at the annual Kitsune Camp, which will take place in the stunning Hakuba Village during the summer of 2025. Organized by Plus One Education, a subsidiary of Riso Education, this popular camp promises to create lasting memories for children between the ages of 6 and 12. The camp is set for July 20-22, and will allow children to engage in various activities that connect them with the natural world.

Highlights of the Kitsune Camp

1. Breathtaking Hot Air Balloon Rides

Experience the enchanting scenery of Hakuba Village from above! Children will venture on a magical hot air balloon ride, where they can marvel at the view of the Northern Alps. This thrilling experience is bound to leave their eyes sparkling with excitement.

2. Outdoor Activities in Hakuba Village

Adventurous activities are plentiful at this camp! Children will hike through the majestic mountains, take part in forest athletic challenges, and enjoy water play in the nearby river. They will also have the unique opportunity to catch fish with their own hands, stimulating their senses and sharpening their skills.

3. Foster Creativity Through Treehouse Building

Teamwork will be at the heart of creating their very own treehouses! Guided by instructors, kids will collaborate to assemble their treehouses using timber, adding swings and other elements to unleash their creativity as they play together.

Daily Schedule

Day 1

- 7:30 - 8:30 AM: Depart from Shinjuku (Express train) to Hakuba
- Enjoy time in the athletic park
- Engage in treehouse building activities
- Create bamboo water guns

Day 2

- Experience the incredible hot air balloon ride
- Play in the completed treehouses
- Participate in a treasure hunt in the forest
- Catch fish in a live experience
- Enjoy time playing in the pristine river waters of Northern Alps
- Celebrate the night with a fireworks display

Day 3

- Discover alpine plants at the Hakuba Five Dragon High Mountain Botanical Garden
- Hike to the Jizo's Head viewpoint
- 5:30 - 6:30 PM: Depart from Hakuba to Shinjuku (Express train)
