Her leadership resulted in a structured approach that benefited long-term value creation for stakeholders.
Before her time as CEO, Katherine steered GE Capital Real Estate Canada and previously served as Director of Mergers & Acquisitions for GE Capital's Pension Fund Advisory Services in San Francisco. Her career further features essential roles, including Managing Director at GE Capital Real Estate Korea.
Katherine’s journey into the corporate realm began at Ernst & Young, where she worked in Audit and progressed within the firm's Corporate Insolvency & Restructuring Group.
In addition to her extensive operational experience, Katherine Lee brings with her more than 20 years of board service, having served on various boards, including prominent organizations such as BCE Inc., Colliers International Group Inc., the Public Sector Pension Investment Board, and Chorus Aviation Inc. She obtained her Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto and is recognized as a Chartered Professional Accountant.
