Two of Japan's rising stars,
Hanako and
Saori Takeuchi, will grace the stage in the roles of heroines, pushing boundaries and showcasing their talents. Synopsis
Set during the Edo period, the tale follows the comedic duo
Yaji and
Kita as they embark on a pilgrimage to
Ise. Their travels take an unexpected turn when they intervene in a dangerous skirmish involving thugs and a troubled figure,
Daikichi Kazama. With Yaji and Kita’s assistance, they manage to quell the conflict, unveiling Daikichi’s backstory – his quest to reunite with his long-lost sister,
Chiyo. The narrative weaves through themes of family ties and the quest for belonging, leaving audiences questioning whether Daikichi will successfully locate Chiyo and restore their familial bond.
