TAE Technologies and Black Moon Energy Forge a Strategic Partnership



TAE Technologies, renowned for its pioneering work in fusion energy, has made a significant leap forward by signing a strategic agreement with Black Moon Energy Corporation (BMEC). This collaboration aims to enhance the commercialization of fusion power through a planned supply of helium-3 (He-3), which is crucial for future fusion energy systems.

As part of this agreement, BMEC is set to supply helium-3 to TAE, a move that is expected to greatly influence TAE’s development of its upcoming fusion power plant, named Da Vinci. This facility is anticipated to be operational by 2031 and will produce around 50 megawatts of electricity, laying the groundwork for larger-scale fusion power outputs in the future.

Once operational, Da Vinci is expected to serve as a testbed for future facilities that could generate between 350 and 500 megawatts of electricity.
