Each session is expected to run from 1:30 PM to 5:00 PM, featuring a structured program that includes opening remarks, a presentation from the organizing committee, and various matching and networking activities. Direct dialogues between participants and mini-pitches from willing participants will be facilitated to encourage collaboration.

The events are exclusively open to members of the "Transportation Gap Resolution – Public-Private Partnership Platform."
