With the rise in social media usage, many people find themselves increasingly concerned about how they appear in photos. Traditionally, skincare has been the primary focus for looking good in pictures. However, recent trends indicate that posture significantly influences one's overall appearance.
In light of this, the Ironfist Medical Corporation, which runs the IC Clinic across various locations in Tokyo, conducted a survey on the relationship between posture and skin impression among working adults aged 20 to 50 years.
