Qblox Strengthens Executive Team for Quantum Industry Growth
Qblox, a global leader in quantum stack technology, has recently announced significant additions to its executive management team, aimed at accelerating the development of scalable quantum solutions worldwide. This strategic enhancement is expected to play a crucial role in the company’s mission to integrate practical and high-quality quantum technologies into various industries.
On October 1, 2025, Philip van der Wilt joined Qblox as the Chief Revenue Officer. He is based in Delft, Netherlands, where he leads the company's global revenue strategy, commercial execution, and strategic partnerships. With over a decade of leadership experience in enterprise technology, IT, storage, and virtualization, Philip has proven his capabilities in driving business growth in corporate environments. Prior to this role, he held the position of Senior Vice President EMEA at Samsara and has also led senior roles at ServiceNow, Commvault, and Dell Technologies (EMC).
Philip expressed excitement about his new role, stating, "Qblox is uniquely positioned to scale its global impact, and I look forward to bringing its world-class technology to customers and partners within the quantum ecosystem. This is a critical moment for the industry, and I am eager to guide Qblox and its partners through the next phase of global growth."
On November 1, 2025, Roger Isaac took over as Qblox’s Chief Technology Officer. Roger brings decades of experience in semiconductor engineering, advanced hardware systems, and deep tech innovation. Also stationed in Delft, he is a hands-on technology executive with a solid track record of guiding complex technologies from conceptual phases to mass commercialization. Before joining Qblox, Roger was Vice President of Engineering for Automotive Radar at Indie Semiconductor and previously served as Chief Technology Officer at Keyssa, where he led the development of the first 60 GHz contactless wireless technology in the industry. Along his career path, he was instrumental in establishing LPDDR3 and LPDDR4 as global memory standards and has more than 60 U.S. patents to his name.

Evelyn Doyle joined the company as Chief Human Resources Officer on February 1, 2026. Also based in Delft, Evelyn brings over 20 years of global leadership experience in people and culture, organizational change, and talent strategy. Recently, she served as the head of People and Culture for Patagonia’s international region, leading the people strategy across EMEA, APAC, and LATAM. Evelyn has also held senior HR leadership positions at Mondelēz International, Gategroup, and Self-Help Africa across commercial, non-profit, and social enterprise sectors.
Evelyn shared her enthusiasm about joining Qblox during its critical growth phase, stating, "Fostering an inclusive, high-quality culture that empowers people to thrive will be a priority as the company continues its global expansion.
