These fish are raised in an environment with significant temperature variations, leading to rich, flavorful salmon-pink flesh, highly prized in fine dining. Capture and enjoy fresh salmon grilled in foil as well as sashimi prepared right after the catch. Its delicate, melt-in-your-mouth texture is truly a treat!

2. Taste Local Tochigi Cuisine
