Jonas Groes brings a wealth of experience to his new position, having dedicated a considerable portion of his career to understanding technology, finance, and policy. Prior to this role, he spent the last decade as a partner in EY’s Nordic consulting division, where he managed high-profile projects focused on strategy and digital innovation for key clients in governmental and infrastructure sectors. His comprehensive expertise in steering both public and private enterprises makes him well-equipped to lead the firm through its next growth chapter.

With EveryMatrix expanding significantly—tripling its workforce in the past five years and collaborating with numerous major gaming brands—Ebbe Groes emphasized the necessity of appointing someone with Jonas’s credentials to help scale the company and achieve ambitious objectives set for the next five years.
