With a total of 21 refreshing sweets, including 13 exclusive selections only available at Roppongi Hills, it promises delight for every palate.

Among the standout items is Matsuya's Shiro Peach Yogurt Kakigori, which features luxurious shiro peach compote mixed with rich yogurt cream. L'Atelier de Joël Robuchon will debut a thrilling first globally with their 'Glace Pile Mango', a creation that takes shaved ice to new heights. Another summer highlight is Hills Dal Matto's Fluffy Gelatozzo, where creamy Italian gelato is served generously inside a freshly made brioche.

Healthy options are well represented with Oscar Wilde’s Plant-Based ‘Donut Ice’ made from only plant-derived materials, providing a delightful balance of flavor and health. Similarly, Down to Plant introduces a delicious Plant-Based Ice Cream that is both nourishing and indulgent.

In addition to these specialized offerings, Gelateria Raffinato will showcase their Three Types of Gelato Cone using the freshest seasonal fruits, and Mori Salvatore Cuomo presents a Tropical Fruit and Chocolate Parfait that is visually stunning and embodies the very essence of summer.
