The Tokyo Metropolitan Government, in collaboration with the Tokyo Convention & Visitors Bureau, is excited to announce the recruitment of participants for the Tokyo MICE Seminar, scheduled for October 14, 2025.
This seminar is specifically designed for MICE organizers in the Tokyo area, as well as those interested in improving the efficiency of event management and participant satisfaction through cutting-edge technology.

What is MICE?


MICE stands for Meetings, Incentive Travel, Conventions, and Exhibitions/Events. It encompasses various types of gatherings including corporate meetings, training trips, international conferences, and exhibitions.

Event Details


  • - Date: October 14, 2025 (Tuesday)
  • - Time: 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM (Doors open at 1:30 PM)
  • - Venue: AP Shinbashi 3rd Floor, 1-12-9 Shinbashi, Minato City
  • - Childcare Service: Available with prior reservation (free of charge)
  • - Participation Fee: Free
  • - Capacity: 200 people (prior reservation required)

Program Highlights


The seminar will host an exciting pitch event featuring various technology providers who will share innovative applications of their technologies in the MICE industry.

Participants will have the opportunity to engage with technology providers at designated booths, where they can experience the showcased technologies and gain insights on how to implement them effectively in MICE operations.

  • - AI-Powered Concierge (Panasonic Connect Co.): Utilizing digital signage for venue and tourist information, contributing to reduced staffing needs.
  • - Multilingual Voice and Text Conversion (Pocketalk Inc.): Utilizing AI technology to provide highly accurate simultaneous interpreting in multiple languages.
