Spencer’s background is notable, having spent over ten years in the commercial risk insurance landscape, particularly within the New York City metro area. He previously held pivotal roles at Arch Insurance Group Inc., where he specialized in alternative markets. Most recently serving as Vice President, Spencer was responsible for overseeing two of Arch’s largest casualty group captives, dealing with various lines of insurance including workers' compensation and general liability.

"Jack brings the commercial lines expertise our clients rely on, offering hands-on guidance across various industries like private equity, construction, and real estate, while skillfully managing complex P&C risks," remarked Lauren Kim.
