To qualify, entities must meet certain requirements, such as having a securities balance exceeding 1 billion yen for institutions, and individuals must also meet an asset threshold alongside a one-year account opening timeline.

Being recognized as a Qualified Institutional Investor allows AGS to bypass various regulatory constraints typically imposed under the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act.
