SciBase Adjusts TO 2 Warrants Following Latest Rights Issue Announcement
STOCKHOLM, Oct. 7, 2026 – In a recent announcement, SciBase Holding AB clarified adjustments made to the warrants of series TO 2, originally issued alongside the company’s capital raise declared in April 2024. Following the rights issue resolved on September 3, 2026, the company recalculated the number of shares each warrant entitles holders to subscribe for, as well as the new subscription price.
As a result of this recalculation, it has been determined that each warrant of series TO 2 now allows the holder to subscribe for
0.01 shares. Additionally, the subscription price is set at
SEK 37.47 per share. This revised subscription allowance will be effective from
April 3, 2029, until
April 17, 2029.
The recalibrated pricing and share subscription figures aim to reflect the recent changes in shares available due to the rights issue. The updated terms and conditions for these warrants, including guidelines for future adjustments resulting from potential share issues, are accessible via SciBase’s official website. This clarity is crucial for investors, providing a transparent view of what the adjustments mean for their holdings and investment strategies.
