On June 6, 2026, the Kanda Myojin Shrine, a historic site in Tokyo, will host a remarkable cultural festival titled Hinogeuma -Enmusubi-. This event celebrates the rare year of Hinogeuma, which occurs only once every 60 years. Embracing the rich features of Japanese traditional and contemporary culture, this one-night event promises a delightful sensory experience.

Artistic Collaborations


The festival is set to showcase a fusion of various art forms, centering around the display by traditional craftsman Ayami Nishigata and a live art performance by flower artist and space fragrance creator Ayumi Fujita. The theme of the evening revolves around the powerful energy of fire, referencing the Hinogeuma spirit. Nishigata’s intricate handcrafted pieces will resonate with Fujita’s enchanting floral and aromatic installations, creating a temporary masterpiece that can only be experienced during the event.

A Multitude of Performances


Audiences will also be treated to a variety of performances, including a traditional Japanese Rakugo comedy show by the renowned Rakugo artist Kikuzou Hayashiya.
