On March 20, 2025, Canadian Solar announced that its majority-owned subsidiary, e-STORAGE, has entered into a Battery Supply Agreement and a Long-Term Service Agreement with Strata Clean Energy's White Tank Energy Storage LLC. This agreement will see e-STORAGE supplying a 100 MW / 576 MWh DC Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) as part of the White Tank Battery project set to begin construction in October 2026.
