Community Lab: Overcoming Loneliness in Community Management Together

Community Lab: Overcoming Loneliness in Community Management Together

On July 27, 2025, Sanbou BAR Shinjuku will host the inaugural session of Community Lab, a small roundtable discussion aimed at community managers seeking to connect and share their experiences. Organized by JINEN Inc., a company specializing in community design and management, this event brings together practitioners from various community categories, including corporate, local, online, and hobby-based communities. Participants are encouraged to present their cases, challenges, and success stories, fostering a collaborative environment for learning from each other's experiences.

Background of the Event

Community management is filled with uncertainties, and there is no definitive answer to the challenges faced. Common issues such as “why isn’t the engagement lasting?”, “how do I handle varying levels of enthusiasm among members?”, or “how can I articulate the value and outcomes of the community?” often burden managers. Community Lab aims to address these concerns by providing an intimate setting for community leaders to engage in meaningful discussions. Attendees are welcome to share not only their successes but also their failures and current dilemmas, allowing for a richer exchange of wisdom.

This event is perfect for:
  • - Those engaged in community management, regardless of sector – corporate, community, online, or hobby.
