The restaurant, located in Takashima City, Shiga Prefecture, offers a unique take on the traditional Ehomaki, packed with flavor and premium ingredients.

The Ehomaki roll is crafted with a variety of ingredients, showcasing the restaurant's commitment to quality. Each roll contains eight ingredients: eel, pickled ginger, egg, kampyo (dried gourd), cucumber, yam, shiso leaves, and sakura denbu (sweet red fish flakes). This fusion of flavors comes together to create a satisfying and indulgent treat perfect for the Setsubun festivities.

Reservation Details


The reservation period for these exclusive rolls starts from January 7, 2026, and will continue until February 1, 2026, or until the maximum order limit is reached. Customers can choose from a full roll priced at 1,600 yen (tax included) or a half roll for 950 yen (tax included). Availability may vary by location, and customers are encouraged to inquire directly with their chosen outlet for specific details.

The pick-up date for the ordered Ehomaki rolls is set for February 3, 2026, just in time for the celebrations.
