Uchida-ya Launches its Second Rebranding Phase with Kaida Store Opening
Uchida-ya, a venerable udon establishment rooted in Fukuoka, continues to push forward with its rebranding project. The company, which became part of Komugino's group in March 2025, is excited to announce the grand opening of its Kaida Store on December 18, 2025. The new location aims to revive the spirit of the former Menkatsu Kaida Store, which closed due to the COVID-19 pandemic in June 2022.
