We will welcome a distinguished lineup of 12 guest speakers from leading corporations and organizations, including Fujifilm Business Innovation and NTT Data, to share their insights across 15 diverse programs. A highlight will be a keynote session featuring Shinobu Niie, Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Panasonic Connect Group, who will engage in a special dialogue with Kenji Tanaka, Professor at Hosei University and Representative Director of the Protean Career Association. Their discussion will revolve around the theme, "Creating Organizations that Grow Together with Individuals: Panasonic Connect's Practices in Human Capital Management and Cultural Transformation in the AI Era."
