Furniture China 2025 & Maison Shanghai

From September 9 to 13, 2025, Shanghai will host a pivotal moment for the global furniture industry, with the 30th anniversary of Furniture China and the debut of Maison Shanghai. This impressive gathering will take place at two major venues: the Shanghai New International Expo Centre (SNIEC) and the Shanghai World Expo Exhibition and Convention Center (SWEECC).

The exhibitions are expected to welcome around 200,000 visitors and feature over 3,200 exhibitors showcasing cutting-edge furniture collections, innovative design showcases, and sustainable solutions across a sprawling 350,000 square meters of exhibition space.

Highlights of the Event

Among the key attractions will be a pavilion dedicated to garden furniture located in Hall E8B at SNIEC. This area will be complemented by outdoor design showcases in Hall E6 and well-known outdoor brands in Hall N2. Attendees will discover weather-resistant lounge chairs, modular seating arrangements, dining sets, and eco-friendly accessories aiming to transform outdoor spaces into stylish paradises.

Emphasizing ESG Values

As environmental, social, and governance (ESG) values become integral to design and commerce, the ReMe ESG Sustainability Themed Exhibition in booth E5D12 at SNIEC will present a visionary green space. This exhibition promotes recycling and low-carbon design through immersive installations and engaging forums aimed at fostering greater sustainability within the industry.

Running concurrently with Furniture China, FMC China and FMC Premium will gather global leaders in furniture components, raw materials, and manufacturing technologies. This segment will provide a comprehensive overview of the upstream capabilities that drive excellence in furniture production. Exhibitors from more than 15 countries will present groundbreaking technologies, positioning FMC as a critical link between design and industrial production.

Maison Shanghai: Design Infinity

From September 9 to 12 at SWEECC, Maison Shanghai will spotlight the ever-evolving landscape of design under the theme “Design Infinity.” Organized into four thematic zones (H1-H4), it will feature over 800 design-focused brands, showcasing concepts that revolve around lifestyle, original art-inspired furniture, and innovative materials.
