On February 7, 11, and 23, 2026, in Inagi City, the federation invites elementary school students and their parents to participate in a unique job experience event designed to educate attendees about the intricacies of logistics and IT in the delivery process.

Experience Delivery Firsthand

The dedicated experience facility will feature a sorting machine used in Pal System's logistics center. Participants will have access to original videos, informational panels, and tablets to gain insight into how products make their way to doorsteps. This engaging, one-hour experience promises to be educational and enjoyable, thanks to the support from Inagi City Board of Education.

Pal System delivers over 10 million products weekly to about 800,000 households. This event will highlight the advanced sorting machinery and information systems employed to ensure the reliable delivery of a vast array of products. Attendees will also gain insights into modern societal trends, such as the ongoing digital transformation and the importance of sustainable practices aimed at reducing food waste through cooperative pre-ordering.

Starting in 2023, Pal System has hosted this job experience initiative, which has welcomed over 1,600 participants from local educational institutions, including elementary and middle schools. Feedback from children has been overwhelmingly positive, with comments like, “Shopping on the tablet was fun!” and “I want to experience more!” Parents have similarly praised the event, sharing that it provided valuable knowledge and sparked their children's interest in food.
