June 24: Featuring Robert Packet

On June 24, participants will have the rare opportunity to learn from renowned chef Robert Packet. This workshop includes a lunch session, where guests will explore:

• - Salt Usage Lecture led by Kaei Nonaka from AMAMI TERRACE.
• - Cook-along Demonstration where Robert will showcase how to create a one-plate meal, complete with a delicious chili con carne and homemade tortilla chips.
