The fair marks the fifth installment of this delightful initiative, which began in 2021. The warm messages of support from customers, such as 'We support Fukushima' and 'Keep going!', continue to resonate deeply, fostering a sense of community and resilience.

Taste and Experience Unique Flavors

One of the highlights of this fair will be the opportunity to sample Fukushima's original brand rice, 'Fuku, Warai.' This new rice variety is known for its distinct grain texture, fragrant aroma upon cooking, and delightful sweetness that unfolds upon tasting. Even when cooled, it maintains a chewy texture, making it perfect for bento boxes or onigiri. Visitors are encouraged to join in on the rice tasting to experience the exquisite flavors firsthand.

In addition to rice, the fair will feature the popular local dish known as 'Sanma no Popo-yaki,' a specialty from Iwaki. This grilled pacific saury dish has received rave reviews, with consumers praising its simplicity and delicious taste. Many return to buy it again, as it’s easy to prepare, kid-friendly, and freezeable—making it a convenient yet traditional fare.
