Anisha has a broad array of experience, spanning over twenty years, in prominent healthcare organizations including Emids Technologies and Change Healthcare, where she was part of the team overseeing the company's IPO.

Her recognition as the CFO of the Year in 2022 by the Nashville Business Journal further underlines her expertise. Anisha is also a Nashvillle Healthcare Council Fellow (class of 2022) and has an impressive educational background, with an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.

Rhonda Powell


Rhonda Powell joins the NMF board as Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer, and Corporate Secretary at the Strada Education Foundation, which is focused on advancing economic opportunities through education. Before this, she held the position of Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary at BuzzFeed, Inc., and has been instrumental in legal operations at Complex Networks.

She graduated magna cum laude from Harvard University and obtained her Juris Doctor from the University of Michigan Law School, where she was recognized as a Clarence Darrow Merit Scholar.
