Maria A. Khoury to the role of Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective

Vice President and Group CFO of Biotechnology at
Danaher since 2021, responsible for significant financial functions in notable divisions like Cytiva and Pall Life Sciences. Between 2017 and 2020, she also served as the
Vice President of Finance and IT for
GE Healthcare Life Sciences in the UK.
Her previous stints in
GE Oil & Gas, where she worked as CFO of the Drilling and Surface division, further solidify her extensive experience in the energy sector. Khoury has held various positions in financial planning and analysis within GE and started her finance career at
Cargill, Inc. after completing her education.

Khoury holds a
Bachelor's degree in Economics from
Universidad Catolica Andres Bello in Venezuela, a diploma in
International Business Strategy from the
London School of Economics, and earned her
MBA in International Finance from the
Thunderbird School of Global Management at Arizona State University.
