His career includes significant leadership roles at Balfour Beatty Construction, where he rose to the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of its North Texas Division. Notably, Reed has collaborated with various esteemed organisations, such as Vanderbilt University Medical Center, Darnall Army Medical Center, and DFW Airport, showcasing his ability to manage high-stakes projects.

Reed holds a bachelor’s degree in construction management from Purdue University, providing him with a solid foundation to tackle the challenges of his new role.
