Cole's career leading up to this role has been impressive. Before joining Crowe Global, he spent over 30 years at Crowe LLP in the U.S. His previous roles included Managing Partner of Strategic Alliances, where he successfully directed the firm’s technology partnerships and ecosystem strategy amid a rapidly changing marketplace. Through his leadership, the firm found ways to integrate AI technologies to better serve clients, showcasing his capability in navigating complex market dynamics.

His tenure also includes nearly a decade leading the Crowe U.S. Consulting Business Unit. In this role, he consolidated various consulting services under a single umbrella, increasing the firm’s visibility in technology sectors and expanding its service offerings effectively. His knack for building robust consulting practices and thriving alliance relationships positions him well to lead Crowe Global's growth initiatives.
