According to Corrado Peraboni, the CEO of the Italian Exhibition Group (IEG), this year's expo promises to be the most international edition ever, highlighted by its special guest country, Saudi Arabia. The event's extensive international profile is further enhanced by the collaboration between IEG, the Italian Trade Agency, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, which has attracted over 520 top buyers from 79 nations plus 2,500 registrations from European buyers alone.
Marco Carniello, CBO of IEG, asserts that SIGEP World remains the go-to event for various sectors within the foodservice community, including gelato, pastry, chocolate, coffee, bakery, and pizza.

A significant draw for attendees will be
SIGEP Vision, the beating heart of the expo dedicated to exploring trends and innovations, especially those involving artificial intelligence. The opening address, titled “Global Trends and Future Scenarios of the Gelato and Foodservice Industry,” will take place on Saturday, January 18, from 2:30 to 3:30 PM in the Vision Plaza. This talk will set the stage for insightful discussions throughout the event.
