About the Speaker
Tatsuhiro Umehara graduated from university and began his career at Pasona Inc., where he empowered numerous individuals to transition into new roles by effectively supporting their career aspirations. He later pivoted to a role focusing on HR Tech and helped launch a recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) service, a critical part of the recruitment journey for many organizations.
Currently, Umehara spearheads recruitment efforts at both Midousuji Tax Corporation and Midousuji Partners Co., Ltd. He is also deeply involved in HR consulting, focusing on small to medium-sized enterprises, making him uniquely qualified to share insights on overcoming recruitment challenges.
