This group consists of 126 fresh graduates and 202 mid-career hires who are ready to contribute to the company's mission of supporting working women.

During the ceremony, CEO Maiko Todoroki delivered an inspiring address to the new employees, emphasizing the company’s enduring mission and the three commitments that define their role as early childhood professionals. This year's special guest was Professor Nobuko Uchida from Ochanomizu University, who supervised the book titled "EduCare from Birth."
