Suits Inc. Launches Campaign to Support Audio Content Producers
Suits Inc., headquartered in Chiyoda, Tokyo, and led by CEO Yusuke Komatsu, has announced a new initiative promoting its project management tool, Suits Up. This tool is designed to aid teams in task management, facilitating daily productivity without hassle. As part of a special campaign, Suits Up will offer three audio content production companies free access for three months to its monthly subscription plan.
Suits Up Campaign for Audio Content Companies
Between November 27 and December 5, 2025, audio content production companies can apply via the designated inquiry form to partake in this campaign. Interested companies must include a note indicating their participation in the "Support for Audio Content Production Companies" campaign within the form. The URL for applications can be accessed

According to simulations conducted by Suits, companies with approximately 30 employees can incur a staggering cost of about 1.19 million yen per month just for task progress updates, with supervisors checking in with their team twice a day for 8 minutes. Such financial burdens pose significant challenges for small to medium enterprises. However, by implementing effective task management solutions like Suits Up, these organizations can dramatically improve their operational efficiency and reduce costs through the visibility offered by streamlined task management systems.
Research conducted by Nulab between October 6-10, 2023, reveals that the prevalent methods for task management are predominantly individual-centric, with only 11.7% using dedicated task management tools. Instead, tools like emails and spreadsheets dominate, with 31.2% and 25.2% respectively, indicating a significant gap in collaborative task management within teams.
Contemplating this disparity, Suits has deemed the promotion of sound task management systems as crucial for enhancing the productivity of small and medium enterprises, including startups.
Importance of Efficient Task Management for Audio Production
Audio content production involves multifaceted tasks like script creation, recording preparation, narration, and client feedback management, often leading teams to rely on outdated methods such as Excel. The Suits Up tool aims to elevate this practice by offering an efficient mechanism for information sharing and progress tracking, subsequently improving content quality and adherence to deadlines.
Through this campaign, Suits encourages audio production companies to embrace its innovative Suits Up platform, providing a seamless transition towards modern task management practices.
Overview of Suits Up
The Suits Up cloud platform is engineered to simplify project and task management through AI, offering an interface that feels like using spreadsheet software. This system enhances business visibility, effectively minimizing the likelihood of missed tasks and overdue deadlines. With the beta version launched in April 2024, the tool encompasses features that are unavailable in typical spreadsheets, including task templates and deadline notifications, thus enabling daily usage by teams.
Various pricing plans are available: The standard plan costs 1,080 yen per user per month (excluding tax), while startups or small organizations with fewer than ten users benefit from a reduced starter plan of only 500 yen per user. Additionally, Suits Up is waiving initial fees for users who join before December 31, 2025.
