New Seasonal Young Corn & Pork Belly Dish to Debut at Hotel Metropolitan's Shunka

Hotel Metropolitan, located at 1-6-1 Nishi-Ikebukuro, Toshima, will introduce a delightful new dish starting May 1, 2025, at its renowned restaurant, Shunka. Known for offering a menu filled with grilled meats and seafood as well as tempura, guests can choose from a selection of six main dishes complemented by an enticing dessert buffet. The new monthly feature, 'Grilled Young Corn with Pork Belly and New Ginger', is set to impress food lovers.

At Shunka, the vibrant and interactive experience of grilling takes center stage with live cooking on the charcoal grill and teppanyaki counter, ensuring a lively atmosphere. The spacious dining area enhances the relaxed dining experience, making it ideal for gatherings, be it with family, friends, or colleagues.

The monthly special, priced at 3,400 yen, focuses on seasonal ingredients. In May, the highlight is the young corn, served in its husk and grilled to enhance its inherent sweetness and tenderness.
