About Chef Takashi Yoshida
Chef Takashi Yoshida was born in 1987 in Saitama. After training at Dominique Bouchet in Paris, he returned to Japan where he served as the meat chef at Pierre Gagnaire. Subsequently, he took on the role of chef at “Les Copains de Dominique Bouchet” and later became the executive chef managing multiple outlets within the group. In 2021, he began sharing his culinary journey on YouTube under the channel name ‘George’. In November 2022, he assumed the chef position at CIRPAS.
