CRE Completes Cella Emerald Logistik Warehouse

CRE Asia Pte. Ltd., a subsidiary of Japan's CRE Co., Ltd., has officially announced the completion of the Cella Emerald Logistik Warehouse in Indonesia. This project, which is the third of its kind, is a joint effort by Cella Management Pte. Ltd. and its local subsidiary PT Cella Management Logistik. The warehouse is expected to enhance logistics capabilities in the region when it opens its doors in March 2025.

Project Overview

Located in the Bogor Regency of West Java near Cileungsi, the warehouse sits conveniently about 4 km from the Cimanggis-Cibitung Toll Road interchange. This strategic positioning allows for easy access to key transportation nodes, being approximately 48 km from Tanjung Priok Port and around 68 km from Soekarno-Hatta International Airport. With the surrounding area dedicated to industrial zones, there is a projected growing demand for warehousing from nearby factories, contributing to the warehouse's potential success.

Before its completion, numerous multinational and local companies expressed interest in leasing spaces within the new facility, with some sections already locked in through rental agreements.
